Low voltage reactive power compensation controller


This product uses high-performance SCM as the basic hardware, controls the loop with both the reactive power and the power factor, adopts the large-screen LCD monitor, supports compensation of three phases at the same time, compensation of single phase and hybrid compensation, uses the static control and the dynamic control and can realize manual operation and automatic operation, high control precision and no switching oscillation. It can run reliably when the harmonics are severe and the interference is strong in the grid. It has the overvoltage, under-voltage and harmonic out-of-limit protection functions and can display the fault information in Chinese. Configured with RS-485 standard bus interface, it supports Modbus-RTU communication protocol and can control 24 loops of compensation by-pass at most.

Dynamic reactive power compensation hurl-slices switch


With the continuous increase of fast fluctuating load in the power grid, the traditional contactor switching capacitor bank can no longer meet the demand of reactive power compensation. Dynamic reactive power compensation switching switch adopts power electronic device switching, with response speed less than 20ms, which can meet the reactive power compensation demand of fast fluctuating load, and is mainly applied to spot welding machine, rolling mill and other fast fluctuating loads.

Low voltage compound switch


This product is a low-voltage capacitor switching switch, which combines the advantages of thyristor and AC contactor. It parallels the thyristor and the relay. At the moment of switching, it not only has the advantages of thyristor zero-crossing switching, but also has the advantages of contactor-free power consumption during normal switching. The product has the functions of small inrush current, non-sintering contact, low energy consumption, phase loss protection, component fault protection, operation indication, etc.

Intelligent capacitance reactive power compensation controller


This product is mainly used for monitoring the electric energy quality in the grid and controlling the reactive power compensation. It adopts the communication method that facilitates the expansion of the compensation by-pass. The electrical parameters of operation of the compensation by-pass can be looked up at any time. Through communication with the upper computer, the electric energy quality data of the grid can be uploaded in real time, which facilitates management of power consumption. It will be more convenient when this product is used together with the intelligent capacitor compensation device of the Company.

ENICM-C Intelligent capacitor compensation device


This device is the latest generation of reactive power compensation device featuring energy conservation, environmental protection, loss reduction, higher power factor and electricity quality. It is composed of the intelligent measurement and control unit, compound switching circuit, line protection unit and capacitor. It is characterized by no current surge in the case of operating passing zero, overcurrent protection of the whole machine, capacitor over-temperature protection, self-check of fault, lower power consumption, high reliability, compact structure, simple wiring, convenient maintenance, flexible usage, etc. It will be more convenient when this product is used together with the ENICM-MC intelligent capacitance reactive power compensation controller of the Company.

ENICM-R Harmonic resistant intelligent capacitor compensation device


This device highly integrates the intelligent measurement and control unit, the dynamic hurl-slices switch module, the line protection unit, the iron core reactor and the dry-type electric capacitor. Featuring strong harmonic resistance, it is widely applied to occasions where there are high harmonics. It is characterized by no current surge in the case of operating passing zero, overcurrent protection of the whole machine, reactance and capacitance over-temperature protection, self-check of fault, compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, etc. It will be more convenient when this product is used together with the ENICM-MC intelligent capacitance reactive power compensation controller of the Company.

Low voltage active power filter(APF module)


The active power filter (APF module) connects to the grid system in a parallel way. By detecting in real time the harmonic and reactive component of the load, it injects the current with the size the same as but the direction opposite to that of the harmonic and the reactive component into the grid system to realize the functions of harmonic removal and dynamic reactive power compensation. It can compensate any of the second-fiftieth harmonics. Its response time is less than 5 ms. The harmonic compensation efficiency can be more than 90% within the capacity range, and the harmonic and reactive power can be compensated at the same time.

Low voltage SVG


SVG is used to connect in the parallel way the self-commutation bridge circuit to the grid via the reactor to adjust the phase and amplitude of the output voltage on the AC side of the bridge circuit, or directly control the current on its AC side to make this circuit absorb or send reactive power that meets requirements, so as to realize the purpose of dynamic reactive power compensation.
