If the incoming line reactor is not applied, the service life of the frequency converter and other electric devices will be greatly shortened. When the harmonic interference is severe, some devices cannot run normally. After applying the incoming line reactor, the content of harmonics will be significantly reduced, the power factor of the grid will be improved, the safety operation of the frequency converter and other loads will be guaranteed, and it is ensured that other devices will not be interfered by harmonics; application of the outgoing line reactor can inactivate the steepness of the output voltage (switching frequency) of the frequency converter and reduce interference and impact of power elements in the inverter. And this series of reactors can effectively inhibit inrush current in the loop and protect the frequency converter and other elements in the loop from the current surge when switching on the load in an instant.

High voltage dry air core series reactor


After the high-voltage dry-type air-core series reactor is connected in series with the power capacitor, it can effectively suppress the high-order harmonics in the power grid, limit the closing inrush current and operating over-voltage, improve the system power grid waveform, increase the power factor of the power grid, and have a negative impact on power capacitors and other power equipment. It plays a major role in the safe operation of the power system and is an important supporting equipment for the reactive power compensation device of the power system.

It can be equipped with secondary windings for line monitoring, monitoring, and secondary protection.
